Job Description:

The Bartender position at Marriott Executive Apartments City Center Doha requires preparing and serving drinks to guests, maintaining cleanliness of the bar, handling payment transactions, and delivering excellent guest service. Job Responsibility:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and tools
Prepare garnishes and stock supplies
Process payment methods and manage financial transactions
Ensure adherence to safety and company policies
Provide excellent guest service and address guest needs
Perform physical job duties such as lifting, bending, and walking
Support team and uphold quality standards
Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Adherence to company policies, safety and security protocols, and quality expectations
Effective communication skills in clear and professional language
Positive working relationships with team members and guests
Clean and professional appearance
Completion of necessary safety training and certifications
