Job Description:

Join CVS Health as a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant. Provide beauty services, consult customers on products, and drive sales. Represent CVS and partner brands to create a top-notch experience.

Job Responsibility:

Seek out customers to ensure a world class beauty advisor experience
Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs
Maneuver conversations to stimulate different thought processes
Answer customer questions in detail with product knowledge
Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs and promotions
Provide ear-piercing services and other applicable services in-store
Educate customers on product usage and features for purchase conversion
Manage time effectively between consultations, services and walk-in clients
Maintain product displays and promotional materials
Maintain clean and compliant hygiene standards
Complete ongoing sales, brand, and service training
Maintain professional appearance and stay updated on beauty trends.

Requirements:

Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state in which you will be working
Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times and ensure it is present and displayed during working hours
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
Pass all required skills assessments and training courses
Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet goals
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours
Nevada applicants must provide confirmation of a MAKEUP ARTIST REGISTRATION/ THREADER REGISTRATION issued from the state of Nevada
Bi-lingual English/Spanish in specific locations
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent.
