Job Description:

Join CVS Health as a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant—the leading retail pharmacy chain. Provide top-notch beauty services and personalized advice for customers. Deliver an elevated customer experience while showcasing the latest beauty trends.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure world-class beauty advisor experience
Provide personalized sales service through upselling and suggestive selling
Educate beauty customers with product knowledge
Perform ear-piercing services
Represent CVS and partner brands with high standards of service
Maintain product displays and promotional materials
Manage time effectively between consultations, services, and clients
Maintain a clean and compliant work zone
Complete ongoing sales and training programs
Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques.

Requirements:

Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License
Maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times
Willingness to perform ear-piercing services in all stores
Pass all required skills assessments and training courses
Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Goal-driven with ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
Nevada applicants must provide MAKEUP ARTIST REGISTRATION/THREADER REGISTRATION
Bi-lingual beauty advisers needed in specific CVS stores
Minimum age of 18
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have:

Prior beauty sales experience
Strong passion for beauty.
