Beauty Sales Consultant, Licensed

• Seek out customers to ensure a world-class beauty advisor experience
• Provide personalized sales service
• Upselling and suggestive selling
• Answer customer questions with product knowledge
• Engage customers with CVS services and explain promotions
• Represent CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers
• Provide ear-piercing services and other applicable beauty services
• Educate customers on products and services
• Manage time effectively between consultations and services
• Create and maintain product displays
• Participate in sales programs and events
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Execute CVS sanitation and hazardous waste disposal policies
• Complete sales, brand, and training sessions
• Maintain professional appearance
• Stay updated on beauty trends.

• Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state in which you will be working
• Maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times
• Ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
• Pass required skills assessments and training courses
• Use sales data with product/brand knowledge
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Goal-driven with multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule
• Nevada Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant applicants must provide confirmation of a MAKEUP ARTIST REGISTRATION/THREADER REGISTRATION
• Bi-lingual beauty advisors that can speak English and Spanish required in specific locations
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.
