Job Description:

As a Beauty Sales Coordinator, you will empower teams to become beauty experts, drive sales growth, and curate exceptional customer experiences by executing CVS Beauty Experience & Service initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Driving Beauty & Personal Care sales in assigned locations
Coaching Beauty Sales Consultants to become experts
Setting individual sales plans
Executing brand/product education
Hosting and monitoring beauty events
Recruiting and hiring Beauty Sales Consultants
Reviewing business performance and sales results

Requirements:

1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment
1-2 years of Beauty & Personal Care selling experience
Strong passion for beauty
Ability to educate, coach, and develop a team
Ability to read, write, and interpret general business information
Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management
Bilingual ability to speak both English and Spanish in specific CVS districts
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios
Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Work independently with minimal supervision
Physical demands such as constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, standing, and lifting at least 30 lbs

Nice to have:

Cosmetics experience
License in cosmetology or esthetics
Current knowledge of products and brands
