Job Description:

The Bell Attendant role at Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort involves creating memorable first and last impressions for guests, ensuring a seamless and unique experience from arrival to departure. The position requires a hands-on approach, including handling guest requests, processing operational needs, and maintaining a professional appearance. The job is part-time and seasonal, running from April to September.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Maintain a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
