Job Description:

Responsible for managing Concierge and Bell operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supervising Bell associates. The role includes various responsibilities such as assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, handling bank transactions, and coordinating with the front desk.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and control the activities of the Bellman and Doorman
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of Marriott and Singapore’s flag and report abnormalities
Provide hotel guests with information about local attractions, reservations, and services
Assist hotel guests with ground transportation arrangements
Escort arriving and departing guests
Delivery of packages and luggage for internal and external guests
Maintain short-term and long-term luggage storage
Maintain smooth traffic at the hotel’s forecourt
Record services in the Bellman Movement Log Sheet
Record and tag all storage items
Attend daily briefing and 15-minute training
Conduct daily training for Bell associates and submit training calendar
Coordinate with Front Desk and guest service teams for luggage delivery and room changes
Update function sheet on notice board
Maintain cleanliness at Concierge Counter, Bell Stand, and lobby
Handle and polish equipment and trolleys
Follow hotel safety procedures
Ensure Bell associates provide friendly and efficient service
Adhere to company grooming standards, SOPs, and policies
Follow established cash and bank handling procedures
Set up and organize cashier workstation
Perform all duties per LSOP guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum N level qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in handling Concierge
Great communication skills & interpersonal skills
Able to start work within short notice period.
