Job Description:

The Bell Person ensures guests have a memorable and positive experience at W Dallas by guiding them through arrival and departure. Tasks include assisting with luggage, providing local information, and addressing guest needs while maintaining a professional and safety-focused work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Create a safe workplace
Maintain professionalism in appearance and communication
Protect company assets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
Professional personal appearance and communication skills
Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
