Job Description:

The position involves responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services, ensuring guest satisfaction, providing property information, and maintaining Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards. Responsibilities include resolving guest calls or issues, monitoring club lounges, and upholding safety measures. High standards of personal appearance, professional language, and confidentiality are expected. Also involves active team participation and promoting an inclusive culture.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None for License or Certification
