Job Description:

The Bellboy/Doorman at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City is responsible for assisting guests with arriving, departing, and providing exceptional service as part of a globally leading luxury hospitality team.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property
inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
identify and explain room features
transport guest luggage
assist with luggage storage and retrieval
assist guests in and out of vehicles
supply guests with directions
arrange transportation for guests
communicate parking procedures
observe and report safety issues
comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up/down stairs or ramps
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
clear and professional communication skills
ability to read and verify information in different formats.
