Job Description:

The Bellman or Bellwoman at Marriott St. Louis Grand is responsible for greeting and escorting guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about property amenities, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The role requires physical activity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities and services
Identify and explain room features
Transport guest luggage
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage
Supply directions
Arrange transportation
Communicate parking procedures
Follow company policies
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear language
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality standards
Read and verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects
Perform other reasonable job duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
