Job Description:

The Bellman at The Abu Dhabi EDITION is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, transporting luggage, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities and services
Transport guest luggage
Arrange transportation for guests
Communicate parking procedures
Maintain uniform and personal appearance
Ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Perform physical tasks like lifting, carrying, and moving objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required

Nice to have:

Outgoing personality

Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
