Job Description:

The Munich Marriott City West is seeking a Bellstaff / Lobbygreeter to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing luggage, parking cars, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a memorable stay for guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and has excellent communication skills in German and English.

Job Responsibility:

Warm welcome and farewell
Luggage storage, transport, and pick-up
Parking guests' cars
Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and hotel driveway
Addressing guest concerns
Luggage distribution for group reservations
Distributing guest amenities
Managing amenities and services
Ensuring front office is well stocked

Requirements:

Work permit for EU/Germany is mandatory
First experiences in a comparable, guest-oriented position
Very good German and English skills
Preferably a valid driving license class B
Warm and open nature
Organized
Familiarity with Munich's cultural and leisure activities
