Job Description:

We are in the search for a Benefits Administrator to join our team in the Security industry, based in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. In this position, you'll be handling various tasks related to claims and insurance, focusing on maintaining and managing customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Administer and manage customer 401k - RRSP Administration
Handle ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now tasks
Use CRM tools effectively to maintain customer records
Handle claims administration and workers' compensation issues
Implement auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Administer COBRA processes
Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce software platforms for benefits administration
Perform other related benefit functions as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with Ceridian
Ability to use CRM tools effectively
Proficient in Dayforce
Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
Knowledge of Auditing procedures
Familiarity with Benefit Functions
Experience in Claim Administration
Proficient in Cobra Administration
Experience with Workers Compensation
