This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for professionals with 3-5 years of experience managing benefits programs. This position is 100% on-site in Naperville, IL. The role is fully on-site at the company’s Naperville office and requires an experienced professional who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
Analyze current programs and provide recommendations for improvements or cost efficiencies
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, employees, and management regarding benefit plans
Educate employees on benefit offerings and support the annual open enrollment process
Handle benefits data to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or management, preferably within mid to large-sized organizations
Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations
Experience in the Security industry is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
