Job Responsibility:

Lead the team in providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to guests
Work closely with B&F Managers

Requirements:

Outstanding guest service skills
Experience in supervising a large team
Amazing attention to detail
A strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a similar role in a high volume fast-paced restaurant
