Job Description:

The Living Room Bar Supervisor’s primary responsibility includes managing the team and assigned shift operations within the Lobby Lounge. The Supervisor is expected to constantly strive to maximize talent and guest satisfaction, as well as revenues and profitability. Additional responsibilities include creating authentic guest experiences, managing the B&F reservations, maintaining hotel standards, training the talent, managing rosters and timesheets, and supporting the manager with any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to create memories for a lifetime
Experience in activating B&F programming
Leadership skills to manage a team
Ability to maximize talent and guest satisfaction
Experience in managing reservations and maintaining hotel standards
Training and roster management skills
Ability to supervise and assist during peak meal periods
Compliance with restaurant policies and local laws
Ability to provide feedback and improve service performance
