Job Description:

The Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is responsible for creating a unique guest experience, managing bar/lounge operations, and driving financial performance. The role involves marketing, public relations, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. The manager will also oversee staff training and contribute to the overall success of the Food and Beverage team.

Job Responsibility:

Creates a unique guest experience
Maximizes financial performance
Manages Bar/Lounge daily shift operations
Promotes compliance with legal obligations
Determines and implements training
Strengthens the Food and Beverage/Culinary team

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

Nice to have:

Experience in marketing, public relations, or media activities
Strong networking skills
Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
