Job Responsibility:

Preparing detailed technical and financial proposals that align with client specifications and showcase the company’s expertise
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather key data, conduct market research, and ensure proposals comply with industry regulations
Presenting proposals to clients, reviewing submissions for accuracy, and tracking proposal outcomes to refine future strategies

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or project management, ideally within a design or engineering firm
Strong technical knowledge related to construction and infrastructure
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
The ability to manage multiple bids and proposals under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset
