Job Description:

Randstad is looking for Bilingual Claims Specialist to work for a leading Logistics and Shipping company. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.

Job Responsibility:

Review and verify claims with necessary documentation
Investigate eligibility using shipping records and supporting evidence
Communicate with customers to gather details and provide updates
Assess damages and determine company liability based on policies
Process valid claims and ensure timely compensation
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on claim trends

Requirements:

Bilingual in French and English - both verbal and written
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to handle high call volume with ease and a sense of calmness
Helpful by nature with the ability to problem-solve
Experience in claims processing, customer service, or logistics preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
