Job Description:

We are looking to hire the right person to join an amazing team as a full time customer service representative. We are looking for someone located in the Montreal or Toronto area who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Complete Inbound calls
Handle calls in English and French language
Provide support for investment accounts
Provide an excellent customer service experience & promote a positive company reputation

Requirements:

Excellent English and French communication skills
Strong computer/keyboarding skills
Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
Asset if you have experience in the financial industry
