Job Description:

We're looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives that want to grow and evolve within a company and have a long term career. Responsibilities include providing accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service and effectively troubleshooting/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools. Qualifications include English and French communication skills, enhanced security screening, strong computer skills, multitasking, problem-solving, customer service or call center experience, and a high school diploma.

Job Responsibility:

Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion

Requirements:

Strong English and French communication skills (Mandatory)
Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time (Multitasking)
Strong Problem Solving skills
Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
Able to work under pressure
High School Diploma Required

What we offer:

$46,000 Annual Salary
Full time, Permanent position
Hybrid Workstyle (4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Winnipeg)
Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off
