Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
De-escalate and defuse situations professionally and efficiently
Utilize Excel to track orders, update records, and generate reports
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, and reporting)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
