Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a local and growing team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in both English and Spanish, assisting with insurance billing, and maintaining CRM documentation. Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, effectively addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in both English and Spanish
Provide information regarding products, services, and policies through phone, email, or other communication channels
Solve customer issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Assist customers with insurance billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the organization's CRM systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
At least two years of experience in a customer service role
Comprehensive understanding of insurance billing processes and procedures
Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with medical terminology and general healthcare industry practices
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
a higher degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to manage patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
