Job Description:

Randstad is seeking bilingual customer service professionals for our upcoming virtual job fair! We’re hiring for multiple positions, offering both remote and hybrid opportunities in various industries: Finance, Insurance, Help Desk/Tech Support, Medical Equipment, Benefits Administration, Logistics, Customer Experience.

Job Responsibility:

Answering inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
Meeting call center metrics
Updating client files through various systems
Handling interactions for both B2B and B2C customers

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & French)
1+ years of call center experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using multiple tools/applications
Post-secondary education is a plus
