Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in North York. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization. Type: 6 month contact with the potential to become permanent Pay: $24.10/ hour Hours of Operation: Mon - Friday 12:00pm to 8:00 pm Location: Remote (Head office is in North York) Equipment provided - Must be able to pick up equipment from the North York office. Potential to go permanent Must have the following Internet speed results: Download speed: 100 Mbps Upload speed: 10 Mbps

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat
Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
