Job Description:

Randstad is currently recruiting for a French Bilingual Customer Service and Sales position for a well-known, established pharmaceutical company in Oakville. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve critical business issues and solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters
Handle order placement, order status, and customer complaint issues
Deliver work that is well-executed, accurate, and attentive to detail
Use SAP and other Customer Service applications to access customer information, policies, and procedures
Interact with peers, supervisors, and managers to assist with orders and information
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure quick response times of under 24 hours

Requirements:

Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service office environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience with SAP systems and Excel is an asset

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP systems and Excel
