Growing Healthcare company seeks a Bilingual HR Assistant to support the human resources department and facilitate communication in both English and Spanish. As the HR Assistant, you will handle a variety of administrative and human resource activities such as: recruitment, record keeping, interviewing, onboarding, employment verifications, documentation, and assembling policies and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who can excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to implement strategic problem-solving and keep abreast with the latest HR trends and best practices. Primary Duties: Recruit and interview potential candidates; Maintain organized employee records; Draft new hire documentation; Monitor/track employee pipeline; Benefits Administration; Auditing/Compliance; Arrange meetings and maintain calendars; Process pre-placement background/license screenings; Maintain office inventory; Employee Relations; Assist with HR inquiries. The ideal Bilingual HR Assistant will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
