Job Description:

Working closely with industry professionals and build long lasting relationships. Continuous growth and learning environment. Hone your sales skills and focus on team results.

Job Responsibility:

Answer all customer inquiries by phone and in person
Deliver excellent customer experience
Support all sales related tasks
research, quotes, follow-up, order entry, invoicing, warranties
Offer incredible customer service and experience
Support and work closely with the entire team
Keep informed on new products, promotions, and attend training/info sessions
Work closely with other members of the team, and build trusting relationships
Support in other ways as needed

Requirements:

Must speak French and English Fluently
2+ years of experience selling B2B in a technical environment
Ability to foster and build strong relationships
Great knowledge of sales and development strategies
Great communicator
Focused on customer relationship building
Business and results oriented
organized, problem solver, ability to work under pressure
Customer centric
