Job Description:

The Bilingual National Services Representative (NSR) is responsible for scheduling counseling appointments, addressing operational questions, and providing local office support. They primarily take calls from a national queue during most of the day, but also assist visitors to the office as well. NSRs occasionally make outbound calls for campaigns and outreach and help with events every now and then which may occur over a 3-day weekend.

Job Responsibility:

Answer incoming calls from the National Queue
resolve Member issues
schedule appointments
assist with Member Portal access
input complaint information
make outbound calls
respond to emails
stay updated on policies
assist in advocacy and outreach campaigns
participate in advocacy campaigns

Requirements:

Bilingual
problem solver
willing to learn
adaptable
high work efficiency
ability to sit and read for extended periods
ability to handle a high volume of calls
flexibility in work hours
adherence to customer service standards
appropriate dress attire
