Job Description:

We are in search of a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist to join our criminal law firm's team in the legal industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona near the Biltmore. As a Bilingual Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will involve answering a multi-line phone system, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining precise customer records. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is an in-office role and prior law firm experience is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries
Deliver superior customer service at all times
Accurately process data entry tasks
Handle email correspondence with professionalism and promptness
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks
Maintain an organized filing system
Schedule appointments as necessary
Apply interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
Leverage past legal experience to understand and execute job responsibilities effectively

Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Strong customer service skills and experience
Proficient in data entry tasks
Familiarity with email correspondence procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Previous experience in organizing files and maintaining record systems
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
