Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bilingual French Support Specialist to join our client's team onsite in Richmond Hill, ON. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position at a leader in retail office equipment and services across Canada.

Job Responsibility:

Provide first-level system support to retail stores and home office users
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, PCs, networks, and more
Collaborate with other analysts to identify and resolve complex problems
Maintain excellent customer service and communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

1-2 years experience working in a tier 1 support or helpdesk role
Bilingual (English and French) written and oral is mandatory
Flexible availability
Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and remote access software

Nice to have:

Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
Experience with AS400 tech support is an asset
