Job Description:

Robert Half is in search of a Billing Clerk for our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a Billing Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining financial controls and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing documents, and collaborating with various teams to uphold data quality.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process and evaluate bills or invoices for services provided
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into various electronic systems
Uphold strict financial controls and procedures within the organization
Collaborate with different functional teams to guarantee data quality and consistency
Rectify any missing or incorrect data within billing documents and other relevant information
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other accounting software systems for multiple tasks
Handle inbound calls and provide effective resolution to customer inquiries
Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Computerized Billing
Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM
Familiarity with About Time software
Ability to perform Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Comfortable with answering inbound calls
