Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Billing Clerk to join our team located in Doral, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, handling billing functions, and resolving customer inquiries. The primary workplace for this role is in-office, and it offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process customer credit applications using specific accounting software systems
Maintain and update customer credit records with precision
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
Utilize Excel for various tasks, including creating pivot tables and using Vlookup
Manage accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Answer inbound calls and provide assistance or route them to the appropriate department
Utilize your finance background to handle all billing-related tasks
Ensure the computerized billing system is up-to-date and accurate

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Computerized Billing
Knowledge of Accounting Functions
Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
