Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the security industry, located in Fishers, Indiana. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on handling customer accounts effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Take charge of booking orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete
Efficiently validate the information provided in customer credit applications
Use intermediate level Excel V-lookups to manage and analyze data
Carry out accounting functions with precision, including managing aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing prompt and satisfactory responses
Use accounting software systems, such as SAP, to streamline billing processes
Maintain customer credit records in a systematic and accurate manner
Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking necessary actions when required
Work with EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software to manage computerized billing
Use About Time software effectively, ensuring optimal productivity

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge in Computerized Billing
Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
Expertise in Epic Software
About Time software experience
Ability to perform Accounting Functions
Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Competency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Skills in Answering Inbound Calls

Nice to have:

Prior knowledge of SAP
