This role is integral to our team, facilitating necessary accounting functions and ensuring smooth operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing billing, accounts receivable, and customer inquiries in a supportive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the processing of customer credit applications
Uphold the accuracy of customer credit records
Handle billing and accounts receivable tasks
Utilize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for various tasks
Assist in answering inbound calls when necessary
Maintain a high level of proficiency with Excel
Ensure prompt and correct bill payments
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a similar role as a Billing Clerk
Proficiency in Computerized Billing
Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls effectively
Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong skills in Excel
Experience in managing Bill Payment is a plus
