Job Description:

The role involves handling various tasks related to billing and invoicing in our accounting department.

Job Responsibility:

Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Keeping customer credit records up to date
Resolving issues related to Accounts Payable
Confirming customer orders
Handling billing and invoicing duties
Using software tools like Microsoft Excel, ERP, and Salesforce for various tasks
Assisting with the implementation of new systems
Managing customer inquiries and providing appropriate resolution
Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required
Utilizing various accounting software systems for daily tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Skills in Computerized Billing
Knowledge of Epic Software
Proficient in using About Time
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
