Job Description:

This role is within the retail industry where you'll have the opportunity to handle billing information, manage inquiries, and perform bank reconciliations for various stores.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately enter customer billing information
Manage and respond to billing inquiries via a dedicated inbox
Handle bank reconciliations for multiple stores effectively
Scan and organize invoices into their respective profiles
Monitor and manage customer accounts
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data entry and communication purposes

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in handling billing processes
Strong data entry skills
Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook
Background in the retail industry is preferred
