Job Description:

We are searching for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team located in Cerritos, California. In the detail-oriented services industry, this role involves overseeing the billing process, maintaining up-to-date records, and resolving client inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all components of the billing process
Uphold comprehensive and current billing records
Engage with clients to rectify billing inquiries and inconsistencies
Work closely with other staff members to ensure adherence to proper billing practices
Evaluate billing data to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement
Assist in the establishment and upkeep of billing software and systems
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all financial and client data

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role as a Billing Clerk
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Proven experience in Computerized Billing
Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM
Experience with Epic Software
Ability to use About Time software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
