Job Description:

We are in search of a Billing Clerk to become an integral part of our team. This role entails maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records with a focus on billing operations. The position is situated in Indianapolis, Indiana, where you will be using unique accounting software systems, and handling customer queries and issues efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate the processing of customer credit applications
Oversee and manage customer credit records
Handle and resolve customer inquiries
Monitor and manage customer accounts
Utilize accounting software systems
Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable
Efficiently handle and respond to inbound calls from customers
Use ADP and other Financial Services software for billing and other financial operations
Use computerized billing systems
Utilize EHR System and Epic Software for various billing and accounting functions

Requirements:

Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Experience with Computerized Billing
Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM
Proficiency in using Epic Software
Competent in using About Time software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
