Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Receive and process invoices from technicians
Scan invoices, verify information (JO# and timecards), and prepare invoices in the system
Write clear and concise comments summarizing the work performed
Add consumables and ensure invoices are properly categorized
Handle high-volume billing accurately and efficiently
Work within Great Plains and Excel
Answer calls and provide assistance to field employees as needed

Requirements:

Billing experience preferred but not required
Great Plains experience highly preferred
Must be a hard worker with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job
Willingness to learn and be trained
