Job Description:

Role: Boilermaker Welder. Employment: Permanent Full Time. Location: Northern suburbs of Adelaide. Shifts: Day: 5:30am - 1:30pm & Afternoon: 3:30pm - 11:30pm. Overtime: Daily opportunities for overtime if desired.

Job Responsibility:

Interpret & work from technical engineering drawings
Use specialised tools & welding equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently
Demonstrate quality trades-person skills, fabricating OEM mining products
Conduct ‘Take 5’ risk assessments & other safety measures
Work in a large team environment to ensure productivity targets are met
Use cold saws, grinders, friction saws & ability to arc air gouge

Requirements:

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication)
Ability to perform Flux Core welding techniques in multiple positions
Strong communication skills & ability to demonstrate safe work practices
High Risk Licenses
LF, DG, EWP & confined space entry (desirable)
Police Check within 3 months or ability to obtain
Pass a pre employment medical & drug/alcohol screenings
