Job Description:

Our client is a thriving business based in the heart of Wetherill Park that has been operating for over 65 years and is renowned in the construction industry for their integrity and diversity. Our client is looking for a scheduling superstar to join their bookings team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting customers over the phone with enquiries
Schedule technicians with bookings
Updating customer records in the database
Providing a high level of customer service
General administration as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Claims, Call Centre or similar
Confident and empathetic nature
Strong written and verbal communication skills
