Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper, you will be involved in diverse functions such as managing accounts payable and receivable, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close procedures. This role is key in our team, helping us maintain accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Carry out account reconciliation tasks effectively
Assist with month-end closing activities
Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices
Set up vendors as needed, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded
Assist with cash postings to ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions
Help with bank reconciliations to ensure our records are in line with bank statements
Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer credit records

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is a must
Should have a solid background in Bookkeeping
Data Entry skills are essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Must have experience with Month End Close procedures
