Job Description:

We are on the search for a proficient Bookkeeper to become a part of our team operating in the non-profit sector in Miami Beach, Florida. As a Bookkeeper, your role will encompass maintaining financial records in an accurate and timely manner, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the full charge bookkeeping process
Execute bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
Carry out month-end closing procedures effectively
Maintain and update journal entries as part of the financial record keeping process
Use QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and reporting
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently
Perform data entry tasks and maintain updated records
Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment to staff
Carry out account reconciliation tasks to ensure correct balance in accounts

Requirements:

Proficient in Account Reconciliation
Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations
Proven skills in Bookkeeping
Ability to efficiently handle Data Entry tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
Experience in managing Payroll processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks software
