Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in North Charleston, South Carolina, 29405, United States. The individual will be part of a team that is crucial to maintaining accurate financial records in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately processing customer credit applications
Keeping precise records of customer credit
Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
Performing account reconciliation tasks
Handling both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Conducting bank reconciliations
Utilizing Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping tasks
Carrying out data entry tasks accurately
Using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and record keeping
Handling payroll duties
Assisting in month-end close activities

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
Proven experience in Bookkeeping
Adeptness in Data Entry
Mastery of Microsoft Excel
Capability of executing Month End Close tasks
Experience in Payroll management
Proficiency in using QuickBooks
Experience with Quickbooks Online is a major plus

Experience with Quickbooks Online
