The successful Bookkeeper will be involved in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and HR duties. Experience with QuickBooks is a requirement. The role is open due to retirement. The company offers an excellent environment, compensation, and benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communication
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Support HR in administering benefits and managing employee relations
Assist in HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and HR duties
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
