Job Responsibility:
Handle the processing of both accounts payable and accounts receivable in an efficient and timely manner
Take charge of managing bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
Perform administrative duties which include responding to phone calls
Ensure accurate and up-to-date lease agreements
Conduct month-end closings to keep financial records current and accurate
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar position
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management
Demonstrated ability to manage a General Ledger
Experience in preparing Journal Entries
Knowledge of Lease Agreements and their financial implications
Skill in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
