Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper at our manufacturing plant located in Surprise, Arizona. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
Maintain accurate records of customer credit
Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take proactive measures when necessary
Ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
Manage invoicing procedures and ensure all invoices are sent out on time
Oversee inventory management and make adjustments as necessary
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for data entry and other accounting tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
Must have knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Capability in performing Bank Reconciliations is a must
Demonstrated competence in Bookkeeping is essential
Proficient in Data Entry tasks
Must have strong skills in using Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close procedures is required
Knowledge of Payroll management is necessary
Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a must
Proficiency in using QuickBooks Enterprise is required
