Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Bookkeeper to be a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining detailed financial records, processing client invoices, and handling client inquiries. Your work will also include monitoring client accounts and taking necessary actions. This role is based out of Sonora, California and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process client credit applications
Maintain up-to-date client credit records
Review and input accounts payable invoices, addressing any irregularities independently
Review and input accounts receivable invoices, including generating invoices when needed, and address any irregularities with limited guidance
Review and input cash disbursements as required for electronic payments
Archive documents in the correct SharePoint files
Conduct basic account reconciliations as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
Handle payroll and month-end close activities
Perform data entry tasks as part of bookkeeping responsibilities

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in Account Reconciliation
Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Capable of managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
Solid understanding and experience of Bookkeeping
Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with Payroll management
Proficiency in QuickBooks
